We match support workers with those on the NDIS based on interests, values and goals - you will have the chance to meet your support worker before deciding to proceed.

1. Contact us
We have a simple referral form that you can fill out here or you can call us directly on 0416971264.​ This initial chat is all about discovering what support you are looking for and if we can provide that at this time. ​We are a small, dedicated team that is growing - and want to make sure we can provide the support you need before proceeding.
2. Support Match
We have chatted and learnt what it is that you are looking for in a support worker, and have found a match for you.​ We will discuss the match and how you feel about it before organising a first meet (usually over coffee at Town Beach).
3. First meet
The first meet is a no obligation get to know each other for both you and our support worker.​ At this meeting we make sure that everyone gets a long and can find a schedule that works. We discuss values, things to do, goals and more.​ After this meeting you and the support worker will take 24 hours to decide if it feels right and want to continue. From there, supports will begin :)
